Terroir
“Since 2007, we have left chemicals behind, using only organic compost to revitalize the soil and allow it to express itself naturally, as in ancient times. Our vineyards are located on land in the coastal mountain range, where the sea wind, cool nights and hot days create a perfect environment.”
“The soil is of alluvial origin, formerly covered by large rivers. For irrigation, we have deep wells and a reservoir that collects winter water, recharging the aquifers and promoting native flora and fauna, where ducks, swans and coypu live together.”
