Our wines are born from the selection of only 1.5% of our total organic production. In these small plot selections, we carry out careful work in order to obtain the best quality. Once in the winery, it is transferred to new or used barrels or stainless steel tanks where it will remain for the next 12 to 18 months to be transferred to our bottles for 6 to 8 more months of maturation.
